- * [For foreigner] Resident / Student registration requires a written letter on their affiliation letterhead, with the statement that the registered person is a resident / student at the time of the Congress, to be signed by the registrant‘s advisor (Professor, Supervisor, etc.).
This letter ought to be sent to the diabetes@kams.or.kr, with a scanned PDF email attachment. - * The KDA members aged 65 or older are eligible for free registration. In this case they must make early registration.

- 의사협회 연수평점 11일(목) 2점, 12일(금) 6점, 13일(토) 5점 (출석인정 시간에 따라 부분평점 인정)
- 분과전문의 평점 4점
- 당뇨병 교육자 평점 10점
- ※ 등록 시 의사 면허번호를 정확하게 입력해주시기 바랍니다. 면허번호 오류 시 의사협회 평점이수자에서 누락될 수 있습니다.
- ※ 전공의 스티커: 한 장 발급되며 2점으로 인정됩니다.
- ※ 학술대회 종료 후, 학회 사무국에서 의사 명단을 의사협회 연수교육 시스템에 등록 하게 되면 자동으로 평점이 부여되고 있으며 개인에게 평점카드를 발급 하지 않습니다. (소요기간: 약 4주)
- ※ 사전등록 후 대회에 불참 할 경우 평점을 인정할 수 없으며, 평점카드 대리수령도 불가능하오니 이점 양해하시고 본인이 꼭 참석하시기 바랍니다.
- ※ 대한의사협회 2017년도 연수교육 관리 변경사항 공지에 따라 학술대회 참석 증명을 위한 출결 확인 작업이 있을 예정입니다.
교육 수강 시작 및 종료에 대한 2회의 출결확인이 되지 않으면 평점이 인정되지 않사오니 유의 바랍니다. (자세한 내용은 추후 공지)
Payment methods
- - Credit Only: Cash is not acceptable method.
- - Credit processing fee must be paid by registrants.
* AMEX, UnionPay, etc. are not accepted.
- - Cancellation and refund policy

The organizing committee will refund the registration fee according to the following policy. After the official deadline application for cancellation and refund will not be accepted.
From 1 September 2018 registration payment cannot be refunded.
- * A request for cancelling registration must be pre-notified in writing to the secretariat by e-mail.
- * Cancelling registration by phone is not accepted.
- * To transfer registration fee to another is not allowed.
